Net Service Group acquires Oikos Area to strengthen Sustainability and Governance Consulting expertise

On 16 December 2025, Net Service Group completed the acquisition of Oikos Area, a company specialising in consulting for environmental, social, and economic sustainability.

Oikos Area supports private and public organisations in achieving compliance with mandatory regulations and voluntary standards, developing structured sustainability pathways, and improving Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance through consulting, training, and verification services.
