Net Service celebrates the first Electronic Criminal Filing at the Supreme Court of Cassation

Net Service, part of the Net Service Group, announces the successful completion of the first electronic criminal filing at the Supreme Court of Cassation. This marks a significant milestone in the digitalization of the Italian criminal justice system. 

Net Service developed an innovative platform for filing and publishing criminal rulings at the Supreme Court. This was achieved thanks to the technical guidance of the Ministry of Justice’s Department for Technological Innovation and its Directorate General for Automated Information Systems. The necessary legal and organizational input was provided by the Supreme Court’s Councillors Data Processing Centre and administrative staff. 

Since the outset of the digital transformation journey, Net Service S.p.A., leveraging the expertise of NSG, has supported the Ministry of Justice, leading the implementation of the Electronic Civil Trial. Net Service has been responsible for the development and maintenance of information systems for both Civil Justice (merit and legitimacy) since 2018.
