GreenShare joins Flosslab: Net Service Group strengthens its presence in Sardinia and reinforces a regional development model

Flosslab, a Sardinia-based ICT company owned by Net Service Group (NSG), has acquired a stake in GreenShare, another local company that—like Flosslab—originated in the research sector and operates in digital innovation applied to sustainable mobility, serving clients across Italy.
The transaction strengthens NSG’s presence in Sardinia, bringing its overall local footprint to more than €5 million in annual revenue and over 50 employees. What makes this acquisition distinctive is the parent company’s decision not to intervene directly, but instead to support a deal aimed at enhancing the value of two locally rooted companies and the role of their managers, who are also involved as shareholders. Within this framework of continuity and growth, Giuseppe Colistra will remain CEO of GreenShare, while Chicco Porcu, already Chairman of Flosslab, will assume the chairmanship of GreenShare.
“This transaction marks an important step in the growth path of both companies and confirms the strength of a model that puts the local area and the people who know and experience it every day at the center,” commented Chicco Porcu, emphasizing how this can “support the creation of solid, lasting, and deeply rooted value not only for our companies, but for the entire regional digital transition ecosystem.”
“This is a strategic step that responsibly and ambitiously supports the desire to create a local point of reference,” said Giuseppe Colistra, who added: “the transaction will allow us to seize new opportunities and address more complex challenges, while at the same time strengthening our shared innovative and sustainable vision.”
The initiative will be officially presented on Thursday, April 23, at 10:30 a.m. at the Hotel Regina Margherita in Cagliari, during a press conference where details of the transaction, the companies involved, and their development prospects will be shared.
In addition to the media, representatives of institutions, academia and research, as well as client companies and partners, have been invited.
An aperitif and an informal networking session will follow.
