Net Service Group was featured in the April–May edition of “TP – Trasporti Pubblici”, the magazine published by ASSTRA – the Transport Association, which includes an interview with Chicco Porcu, President of Flosslab and Head of Marketing at Net Service Group, and former Sole Administrator of ARST, the largest public transport company in Sardinia.
At the heart of the dialogue is document management as a strategic lever for transport companies: not just regulatory compliance, but a key element of governance, operational efficiency, and data protection. "Document management is no longer just a technical or regulatory issue: it has become a strategic lever for Local Public Transport (LPT) companies," Porcu emphasizes, recalling how the AgID Guidelines and the CAD (Digital Administration Code) now require fully compliant, integrated, and secure systems. The enormous volume of data that companies must manage means that today, documents must not only be managed but also organized, archived, protected, and made interoperable.
The interview presents the work of Flosslab's Document Competence Center and the Document Audit service dedicated to LPT entities, which starts with process mapping and goes up to defining an improvement action plan. Among the cases cited is the experience of CTM Cagliari, which chose to go beyond mere compliance, using digital tools to rethink processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities. This is because today, document management is not just an obligation, but a key to modernizing the company organization.
"The digital transition in LPT is still ongoing, but those who invest in integrated document management today ensure efficiency, transparency, and greater organizational resilience," Porcu highlights.
