Net Service Group is expanding its ecosystem of expertise through a strategic partnership between Oikos Area, the Group company specialising in compliance, sustainability and governance consulting, and SAPG Legal, a leading law firm in corporate legal advisory services.

The partnership has been established to provide businesses and Public Administrations with an increasingly integrated consulting model, combining technological, organisational and legal expertise to support digital transformation, regulatory compliance and sustainable development initiatives.

By bringing together the complementary capabilities of Oikos Area and SAPG Legal, Net Service Group further strengthens its value proposition across key areas of corporate governance, including regulatory compliance, certifications, cybersecurity, organisational assessment and ESG, delivering multidisciplinary support tailored to the needs of increasingly complex organisations.
